The Boat Club Quiz Club is organising two quizzes on Sunday, 30th March 2008. Entry is free.

Some administrivia:
* Subject to readiness of quizmasters, we will start on time (shocking but true :-)), so please be on time.
* In case of dissensions with proceedings, participants are requested to please comply with decisions by the quizmasters .
* Despite the supposed recessionary trends in the economy, we're happy to announce a slight increase in prizes. In addition to our 'socialist' model of prizes, winning and runners-up teams will get a teeny-weensy bit more with a correspondingly exponential increase in bragging rights.

Time: 9.45 am to 12.30 pm; reporting at 9.30 am

Quiz 2: QuiZeitgeist Open General Quiz
Time: 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, reporting at 2:15 pm
Teams of 2, 6 teams in the final.

- Elimination round of 30 questions
- Teams of 2 members each
- Top 9 teams qualify for final
- Each member of the 7th, 8th and 9th team will be randomly allocated to one of the top 6 teams (result: we will have 6 teams of three in the final)
- The top 2 teams start the final with an advantage of +16 points (equivalent to 2 correct answers)
- And the next 2 teams begin with +8 points (equivalent to 1 correct answer)
- And the next 2 have 0 points
- Finals based on Infinite Rebounds with a couple of special rounds (approx~ 60 Questions in all)
